Reservations are a physical necessity. The Barr House cannot be seen from the highway and the entrance road is locked to unauthorized personnel. Please call 432-553-0720 for reservations.

• The Barr House rents as a single unit and is $120.00 per night for two people. Each additional person is $10.00 per night. This rate includes a self-catered breakfast of milk, juice, coffee, tea, bottled water, soft drinks, breakfast muffins or breads, seasonal fruit and cereal. We accept payment by cash or check.
  
  
• A deposit of $120.00 is due within seven (7) days after a reservation is made. Upon receipt of the deposit, we will send a written confirmation and a map.
  
  
• Cancellations must be made by telephone or by regular mail. Cancellations received seven (7) days or more prior to the date of arrival will be fully refunded. Cancellations received less than seven (7) days prior to arrival will only be refunded at the discretion of the owners.
